Delicious Start to Your Day


We love to start our day on a healthy note, and one of our favorite morning meals is layered parfait with plain grassfed yogurt and our favorite granola. As a rich source of protein, this layered parfait is a great way to get an ample source of calcium, fiber and anxitoxidants. We also love added a delicious seasonal compote with apples or pears that adds a delicious amount of natural sweetness and variety to this morning meal.
